Turning

Montina Manufacturing specializes in the production of precision quality turned parts tailored to meet the exact specifications of your print. Using advanced CNC turning technology, we manufacture precision components with accuracy, smooth finishes and quality you expect. We offer everything from prototype to high volume production. We don’t limit ourselves to a specific wheelhouse; whatever quantity you need, we can accommodate, even if that means investing in capital equipment. We manufacture parts that span the full spectrum of industries, including: automotive, medical, fire suppression, floor cleaning and everything in between. You name the material, we’ll cut it: aluminum, brass, bronze, steel, plastics, wood, castings, and more.  All of our turning centers are 5 axis, sub spindle machines giving us true one and done machining capabilities.

Most importantly, our team follows well-established processes with quality -focused behaviors that meet the rigorous demands of quality control for complex parts.

Milling

Our vertical machining centers are 4 axis capable equipped with high RPM spindles, fast rapid rates and quick tool changes. We approach milling with a lights out, one and done mindset. By utilizing custom fixtures and automation, we machine parts as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.  Similar to our turning centers, our milling work covers a wide range of industries – automotive, medical, fire suppression, floor cleaning and everything in between. You name the material, we will cut it: aluminum, brass, bronze, steel, plastics, wood, castings, and more.

Saw Cutting

Our HydMech automatic band saw can cut up to 14”x14” material size. Need material cut? We can help you get your job to the machining process more cost effectively than your supplier. We offer bundle cutting for steel and aluminum stock, eliminating the time and cost of cutting each piece individually. For stock under 1/2” diameter, we also offer cold saw cutting services.
